FOR ESTABLISHED REAL ESTATE AGENTS
You’ve already built a successful real estate business. Turn that work into a digital asset you own.
Years of transactions. Neighborhoods you know firsthand. Stories only you can tell. Kodecite brings that work together on your own domain, so every next transaction adds to something that lasts.
Adds another connected piece.
THE VALUE IS ALREADY THERE
Your history is the starting capital.
You already have a body of work worth owning. Kodecite builds a real estate website that connects your past transactions, property stories, local expertise and original media into a durable record of your business. It starts with the depth you have today and gives future work a permanent home.
Right now, that history may be spread across MLS records, brokerage pages, portals, social posts, YouTube and folders of photographs. A prospective client sees fragments. You see years of relationships, judgment and work.
We bring those pieces back to you. A referral can explore the neighborhoods you work in, see the properties you helped clients buy or sell, and understand your part in the story. The work becomes useful again.

WHAT WE BUILD
One business. A connected body of evidence.
Your domain becomes the main, authoritative home for your professional identity. Each property, neighborhood and story has a clear place in relation to you. This is Kodecite’s canonical entity-graph strategy, applied to the business you have already built.
Your identity at the center
An agent and business profile that establishes who you are, where you work, your experience and how to reach you. The rest of the site connects back to that same identity.
A permanent page for each property
A stable URL with your role, the property’s story, relevant dates, status and authorized photographs or video. A transaction becomes part of your track record after closing.
Neighborhoods with real context
Guides grounded in your local experience, connected to the properties you have worked with and the questions clients actually ask. A visitor can move naturally from place to proof.
Original content with a home
Your videos, YouTube embeds, useful ideas from social posts and approved testimonials connect to the relevant agent, property or neighborhood. Each piece adds context to the others.
The connections are part of the build. Clear navigation, contextual links and matching structured data explain who did the work, where it happened and what supports it. A folder of old listings becomes a record people can actually follow.
ONE PROPERTY. A LASTING RECORD.
The sale closes.
The page keeps its value.
Each property gets its own permanent URL on your domain. Its status changes as the transaction moves forward. Its connection to your work stays intact.

Present the property
Publish the story, your role and authorized media. Link to the relevant MLS listing and the neighborhood guide.
- Pending
Keep the record current
Update the status on the same page. Keep useful property context and connected content easy to find.
- Sold
Add to your track record
Mark the same URL sold. Retain permitted media, the transaction history and an accurate account of your part in the work.
- Your agent profile
- Neighborhood guide
- Original property video
- Related transactions
Years later, that page can still help someone understand your experience in that neighborhood. A new transaction nearby strengthens the same collection. Your next video gives it more context. The record grows around the work you actually do.
BUILT TO TRAVEL WITH YOU
Your business changes.
Your asset comes with you.
An independent domain gives your business a consistent address through brokerage changes, a growing team or a new market focus. Your identity and history can remain connected while the details around them change.
That continuity matters beyond the next inquiry. A well-organized body of work can support future business development, help a team carry forward your knowledge and become a useful part of succession planning. Its potential value comes from its depth, usefulness and transferability.
Ownership made practical
- Domain & accounts
- Your domain registration and hosting accounts stay under your control.
- Website & source
- Access to the site’s source and a documented handoff, so another developer can continue the work.
- Content & media
- Access to your editable records and an export of your content and owned or transferable media.
- Structure & continuity
- A documented URL and relationship map, with redirects planned if a move requires an address change.
We agree the account setup, editing workflow, export format and handoff as part of the build.
A PRACTICAL WAY TO BEGIN
You keep running the business.
We organize the history.
Bring the material you have. We turn the archive into an agreed publishing plan, then a connected foundation you can keep building on.
- 01
Gather and map
We review your existing site, transaction records, photo and video folders, neighborhood content and approved client feedback. A focused conversation captures your role and the context the files cannot tell us.
- 02
Build the first meaningful collection
We choose the starting properties and neighborhoods together, establish permanent URLs and connect them to your agent identity. You review the facts, media and stories before publication.
- 03
Make the next transaction easy to add
We establish a repeatable handoff: property details, your role, approved media, a few original observations and status updates. Each new record joins the existing foundation.
USEFUL TODAY. DEEPER OVER TIME.
Give people—and their AI—a fuller picture.
A referral wants to know whether you understand their neighborhood and their situation. Your own record can answer with specific properties, firsthand explanations and relevant work. That is useful even before someone finds you through search.
Accessible pages with original, firsthand evidence also give search engines and AI systems more to discover and understand over time. The graph clarifies the relationships: this agent worked on this property, in this neighborhood, and this video explains the experience.
Google’s people-first content guidance emphasizes original information and firsthand experience. Your accumulated work is a natural source of both. We build the foundation for discovery; rankings and AI citations remain decisions made by those platforms.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
Start with what
you already have.
I already have years of sales. Where would we start?
With the work you have already done. We inventory your transaction history and available media, then choose a meaningful first collection across the neighborhoods and types of work you want to be known for. You review your role, the facts and the stories. The foundation launches with real depth, and the remaining archive can be added in agreed phases.
How does this work with my MLS and brokerage website?
Your active property pages link to the relevant MLS listing and can work alongside an authorized IDX integration when that is part of the scope. Your own domain holds the lasting record: your role, original context and permitted media. When a transaction closes, its URL stays in place, the status changes to sold, and the page joins your track record.
What happens if I change brokerages?
The independent domain, website and content you own can move with you. We update brokerage identification, contact details and any integrations that need to change. Content and third-party data remain subject to their permissions, so we distinguish your portable assets from licensed feeds from the beginning.
Do I need to become a full-time content creator?
No. Existing transaction records, photo folders, videos and neighborhood knowledge give us a substantial starting point. A short conversation can capture the context that only you know. After launch, a repeatable handoff for each new transaction keeps the record growing without asking you to start a new publishing job.
Is this a lead-generation campaign?
This is a long-term investment in a business asset. It gives referrals, prospective clients and future team members a useful place to understand your experience today. As the original evidence grows, it can also support discovery through search and AI. The work is measured by what you own, how clearly it represents your business and how consistently it keeps growing.
